Weekly Menu for 1/9  thru 1/15

Delivery scheduled for January 16th  

Cauliflower Chowder

Blend of roasted cauliflower & fresh potato simmered with celery, onion, sweet pepper, leek, bacon and chef made vegetable stock.  Finished with cream.

FF Garden Salad with Buttermilk Ranch

A bounty of vegetables including carrot, celery, onion, tomato, sweet pepper, zucchini, green bean, spinach, and white bean.  Simmered in a chef prepared vegetable stock.  

Vegetable Florentine

Crisp romaine topped with cucumber, tomato, radish, carrot, scallion, bell pepper, bacon and tortilla strips (provided on the side).  Chef prepared Buttermilk Ranch provided on the side.




Peach Crumble

Southern peaches baked with an oatmeal and sugar crumble.  Prepared with gluten free ingredients.

Yucatan Chicken Tortilla Soup

Delivery scheduled for January 23rd  

Roasted garlic and red chili broth with chicken breast, black bean, and hominy.  Served with a side of tortilla strips.    



Michigan Navy Bean

A classic savory blend of beans, smoked ham and roasted vegetables.

Santa Cruz Salad with
Avocado Lime Vinaigrette

Crisp greens with shredded chicken, black bean, corn, tomato, red onion, feta cheese and crisp tortilla strips (provided on the side).  Chef prepared Honey Lime Vinaigrette provided on the side.

Chef's Beef Stew

FF House Salad with
Red Wine Vinaigrette

Beef brochettes braised in a red wine beef stock with carrot, onion, celery, potato and sweat pea. 

A hearty winter entree!  

Crisp greens with tomato, cucumber, red onion, radish, and carrot.  Chef prepared red wine vinaigrette will be provide on the side.  

Traditional chocolate brownies with semi sweet chocolates and chocolate frosting. 

Six brownies included.
