Brochettes of black Angus simmered with seasonal summer vegetables. 

Fresh spring asparagus sauteed with hand selected vegetable simmered in Fearless Foods hand crafted stock and completed with cream.

A blend of crisp romaine and organic spring greens with cucumber, carrot, radish, almond and red cabbage topped with seasonal fresh berries.  Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette provided on the side.

Tomato Chowder

A blend of chicken, carrot, celery, onion, leek, scallions, sweet bell pepper, ginger, cilantro, and red curry.  Served with rice noodles on the side.   

Organic spring mix presented with strawberries, cucumbers, feta cheese, pistachios and red onion.  Fearless Food Balsamic Vinaigrette included on the side.
