Summer Berry Salad

Brochettes of black Angus simmered with seasonal summer vegetables. 

Fresh spring asparagus sauteed with hand selected vegetable simmered in Fearless Foods hand crafted stock and completed with cream.

A blend of crisp romaine and organic spring greens with cucumber, carrot, radish, almond and red cabbage topped with seasonal fresh berries.  Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette provided on the side.

Steak and Mushroom Soup

Carrots, onions, garlic, sweet bell peppers, shallots and garlic braised in Fearless Foods vegetable stock, with red curry paste, coconut milk, lime leaves and cilantro.

 

Black Angus sirloin simmered in Fearless Foods beef stock with mushrooms, bell peppers, onions and potatoes.

 

Crisp greens, kale, shaved brussel sprouts, bacon, cranberries, walnuts and bleu cheese.

A blend of five beans braised with bacon, ground sirloin, sausage, bell peppers, onions and Fearless Foods spices.

 

Cheeseburger Soup

Crumbled char roasted ground sirloin paired with potatoes, tomatoes, onions in a sharp cheddar cheese sauce.  

 

Black Forest Cherry Crumble

Michigan dark and tart cherries, baked with an oatmeal, brown sugar and cocoa crumble.  Prepared with gluten free ingredients.
